It was the year 2007 when two enthusiastic individuals, Dr. Ashok Bhatia and Mr. Satyan Bhatia, decided to embark on a journey toward creating a better world — a world of health, wealth, and comfort. In this quest, they started IMC, a direct selling company that deals in organic Ayurvedic patented herbal products in categories such as Health & Nutrition, Personal Care, Home Care, Agriculture & Veterinary, Skin Care, Baby Care, Food Products, and Garments & Apparels.
Over the years, the organization has made phenomenal advancements toward its mission by helping individuals achieve financial independence through a diligent marketing model while contributing to a healthier world with its high-quality organic products.

YEARS OF MAGNIFICENCE
Crystal Jubilee Year of IMC was celebrated on 7 April, 2022. 75th birthday of Dr. Ashok Bhatia was celebrated on September 22, 2022 as Prerna Amrit Mahaparv. Biography of Dr. Ashok Bhatia entitled Karammevjayate made the year extra-special. Hon'ble Governor of Punjab conferred LMA- Vardhman Award for Entrepreneur of the Year 2021 to Mr. Satyan Bhatia. IMC became prestigious recipient of award from IDSA. Government of India Ministry of Finance issued Certificate of Appreciation to IMC. The most magnificent achievement was a global leap in shape of IMC Healthcare SDN BHD in Malaysia in dynamic pilotage of Mr. Satyan Bhatia.
CORONA COULD NOT DETER IMC
Amidst Corona onslaught in 2020-2021, IMC came forward in alliance with IMC Foundation in undeterred manner and served the nation as a valiant Corona Warrior. IMC became proud member of IDSA. Apart from Lakshya, Udaan and other conventions, IMC family started witnessing Prerna Diwas, Sneh Diwas and Nari Shakti Diwas. The felicitating moment was crossing 1,00,000 YouTube subscribers and getting YouTube Silver Button in 2021.It was not end of this story, IMC Business YouTube Channel surpassed 2,00,000 subscribers in 2022. Mr. Satyan Bhatia bagged illustrious Times 40 under 40 Award. Hon'ble Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh conferred Lifetime Achievement Award to Dr. Ashok Bhatia. IMC contributed 35 new products to nation.
YEARS OF UNIQUE WORLD RECORDS
IMC touched the figure of 10,000 outlets and as many as 1200 district distributors. Sale figure was also on ascending order reaching to 410 crores. On December 6, 2018, ten thousand business associates in the presence of Dr. Ashok Bhatia & Mr. Satyan Bhatia took oath to consume only Swadeshi products. On March 17, 2019, Karo Ya Maro Jeevan Mein Rang Bharo, a motivational book authored by Dr. Ashok Bhatia & Mr. Satyan Bhatia got released at 30 different locations in India. Both events fetched prestigious space in Unique World Records.
NEW HEIGHTS
IMC kept on galloping successfully to its first decade of accomplishments. Shri Satyan Bhatia got honored with Bharat Gaurav Puruskaar in 2016. IMC bagged India's Best Company of the Year Award in 2017. Dr. Ashok Bhatia received LMA Sohan Lal Pahwa Award in 2017. Abundant growth was witnessed by March 2017 with sale figure crossing 300 crores with 6000 outlets across India.
YEARS OF ESCALATION
We can term 2014 & 2015 as Years of Escalation. Though IMC had attained success right from the beginning yet these two years witnessed the high level recognition of IMC throughout India. IMC expanded its ranges in skincare, haircare, personal care. Also earned high accolades in ranges of food and wellness segments. IMC bagged National Excellency Award. Intellectual People and Economic Growth Association, Thailand honored Dr. Ashok Bhatia.
YEARS OF HIGHER STATURE
These two years proved to award getting years for IMC. Scroll of Honor by New Delhi Bar Association, Asia Pacific International Award, Maharshi Dhanwantri Award, Honorary Degree of Doctorate to Shri Ashok Bhatia from International University for Complementary Medicine, Sri Lanka were the prominent awards. IMC attained the stature of Private Limited Company on getting Certificate of Incorporation from Registrar Of Companies in 2013.
LAUNCHING OF SHRI TULSI
The year 2010 witnessed 'The Hero Product of IMC' that's Shri Tulsi. This step taken by IMC brought appreciation nationwide. Launching of Shri Tulsi proved a potent step to multiply the glory of Ayurveda. IMC also brought in Health & Nutrition Range. Excellency Award of Ayurveda was conferred to IMC. Apart from these developments, IMC launched its first -ever magazine entitled CHOO LO AASMAAN.
INTRODUCING PRODUCTS
IMC went ahead on its voyage with the slogan of Swasth Zindagi. IMC introduced first 18 products of the company to create a better world of health, wealth and comfort. IMC also launched weight management product. Unique Business Model eliminating middlemen started becoming a rage. National Achievement Award was presented to IMC.
INCEPTION OF IMC
The year 2007 witnessed a revolution in history of Indian Biz World, it's inception of International Marketing Corporation, popularly known by its abridged name IMC. Dr. Ashok Bhatia and Mr. Satyan Bhatia initiated this revolutionary step named IMC with a distinctive business plan without the constraints of investment and qualifications. IMC became the first Indian Direct Selling Company with Ayurvedic health friendly products.
