What are the shipping charges

• All individual Associate orders above MYR 300 – Free Delivery
• All individual Associate orders below MYR 300 – Actual Delivery Charges

Courier charges are inclusive of taxes and not refundable.

What will be the delivery timeline?

We try to ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition.

It takes 3-5 working days from the day of order confirmation to deliver the products within Malaysia. Delivery may delay due to restrictions imposed by the government or any other authority.

If in case the delivery period exceeds the stipulated time due to unforeseen circumstances, the Associate / Preferred Customer will be notified. They can either continue with delivery or request cancellation for a refund as per the Product Exchange/Return/Refund Policy.

If the packaging is tampered or damaged at the time of accepting delivery, please refuse to take delivery and immediately inform our Call Centre at +603 9107 8706 or email info@imcbusiness.my, mentioning the order reference number. We shall arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

Important: Any complaint related to your order should be registered within 24 hours post-delivery. No complaint will be entertained after that.
